Turkish Rap music became popular both on music channels and on multimedia tools such as advertisments, cinema, video clips and television series. Undoubtedly, the Turkish rap music artists, who witnessed the emergence of that movement in Germany and its journey to Turkey, have played the biggest role in the popularization of Rap Music Culture. Previously, artists of Turkish Rap music in Germany would focus on problems like discrimination and adaptation. In time, their focus shifted towards daily concerns, pangs of love, urban issues, social incidents and social responsibility. They expressed such subjects through music and devoted themselves to bring attention to them through spoken words. The method is set: “Tooth for tooth, word for word”
