The Grand Prix „Dragoslav Antonijević“ for the 32nd International Festival of Ethnological Film went to Jaro Vojtek from Slovakia, and his film „The Shift“. This film is a prime example and genuine illustration of everyday life and the relationships surrounding it. "The Shift" has in that sense addressed all the demands that are placed before a documentary.

In jury's words: "A social investigation into the phenomenon of workers migrating to Austria for weekly shifts in precarious labor. This particular context prevents labor organizing from ever occurring, thus maintaining the status quo. Despite remittances, the time spent away from their homes actually destroys what they are working for: their families and relationships with their loved ones. The film successfully depicts both women and men in this situation and reflects on the East/West, North/South divisions in labor relations."
