The Romain Greece are, among other things, calledwandering kings of roads and their members shape their lives on the edge of the law and socially acceptable normswithin awider community. Although they are commonly recognized by others for their music and dance, the value system underlying their way of functioning is far more complex, also including the tradition maintained by them in a modern environment. By observing the Roma communities and their environment in various areas of Greece we get to know the facts about the once inaccessible Roma world.
