During the first half of the 20th century, several hundred Czech Protestant immigrants from South Moravia settled in Vojvodovo, a village in Bulgaria. Their centuries-old tradition and customs are inexorably disappearing, and the film reflects the attitude of today’s descendants and experts, ethnologists, towards the village’s cultural heritage at present.
