  Saheb Jamal is 28 years old. On account of an old tradition, she was exchanged with a girl from another family, and married a boy whose sister married Saheb Jamal’s brother. After a while, they had a child, but less than six months after the birth of her son, a dispute arises between her brother and her sister-in-law, leading to divorce. According to tradition, Saheb Jamal should also get back to her father’s house, but her husband’s family does not permit her to take her infant child with herself.

Reza Gholami-Motlagh, from Bojnord, has an M.A in painting. He started his filmmaking career in 2008, making both short and feature length documentaries, as well as docu-dramas and short fiction films.
