Subo, a sailor, a poet and a bohemian from Herceg Novi, is remembered by his community. Through their words and Subo’s poetry, a special life is revealed, a tangle of oceanic distances and love for his hometown, Herceg Novi. Through anecdotes and memories, this film explores his life from the childhood in an orphanage, through his years on transoceanic ships and his passion for poetry, to his relationship with the close people. Subo’s deeply intimate profile is a poetic shuffling of worlds, a field of strong networking of words, emotions and reality.
